Invoicing at course completion
AnsweredAt the moment as per ASQA standards we are only able to take a deposit of $1500 when self funded students enroll and start their studies. We take the rest of the course fees on completion. Is it possible to add the ability for us to set up amounts etc when a student enrolls so that when a student completes everything in the system, that it automatically sends out the final invoice?

Hi Lenita,
The best way to manage this will be by utilising aXcelrate Payment Plans & Workflows to automate invoice creation.
The only downside to this is, that Payment Plans can only be configured based on the "Expected Completion" at the time of applying a payment plan to an enrolment, not the "Actual Completion".
Another alternative option would be to utilise Ezypay Payment Plans, which will automate billing, however, cannot be configured with the course completion in mind.
