    Hi All,

In our most recent release we had Auto Certificate Issuing go into open beta so now is a great time to check out the functionality!

For information on how to get started, we have released this help article which includes a SHoT:
    https://support.axcelerate.com.au/hc/en-gb/articles/10072022402703-Auto-Issuing-Certificates

If you need additional support getting up and running don't hesitate to reach out to our support team.

    Thanks,
    Jack

This would be great for non-accredited courses where students simply need to be marked satisfactory for the exams and their statement of completion would be sent to the student via email

Agree very much with both earlier items! Would be great to see this.

This would be such a useful feature for our non-accredited short courses. We would love to see this feature added.

I agree.  This would be a great feature for all non-accredited courses.

We would also like to see this extended to non-accredited courses.

Automatic issuing for non-accredited courses would be our stepping stone to considering it for accredited courses.

    Hey All,

Auto Certificate issuing triggers off the last Unit of Competency Enrolment being completed as the point to check if it can issue a certificate.

Within aXcelerate you can set up your own Non-Accredited Units to use with your Non-Accredited courses, which would allow Auto Certificate issuing to work.

For more details on how to configure this or for more information, feel free to reach out to our Support team!

    Thanks,
    Jack

Hi Jack, thanks for your swift response!

We are unable to use our non-accredited certificate types with the automatic certificate issuing. We have specific certificate for the professional development we offer, and we don't want them issued as a  Statement of Attainment.

If the non-accredited certificate type was available we could turn on automatic issuing, as we already use non-accredited units for our PD courses.

    Cheers,
    Thomas
