Automated certificates
CompletedIt would be really good if there was a function which produced automated certificates for courses such as First Aid and Manual Handling. The user could upload a generic, branded certificate and attach to a course so that when the student successfully completed an online assessment the certificate would be automatically generated and the student could download it.

Hi All,
In our most recent release we had Auto Certificate Issuing go into open beta so now is a great time to check out the functionality!
For information on how to get started, we have released this help article which includes a SHoT:

If you need additional support getting up and running don't hesitate to reach out to our support team.
Thanks,

Hey All,
Auto Certificate issuing triggers off the last Unit of Competency Enrolment being completed as the point to check if it can issue a certificate.
Within aXcelerate you can set up your own Non-Accredited Units to use with your Non-Accredited courses, which would allow Auto Certificate issuing to work.
For more details on how to configure this or for more information, feel free to reach out to our Support team!
Thanks,

Hi Jack, thanks for your swift response!
We are unable to use our non-accredited certificate types with the automatic certificate issuing. We have specific certificate for the professional development we offer, and we don't want them issued as a Statement of Attainment.
If the non-accredited certificate type was available we could turn on automatic issuing, as we already use non-accredited units for our PD courses.
Cheers,
Thomas
