The portal allows for student to change their email and contact number.
It would be great that AXcelerate can alert student support staff when this has occurred by a student. (So they can approve changes)
Should this not occur the data potentially can create problems for reporting requirements to PRISMs, NCVER and against RTO - when RTO creates email addresses for students that are unique as students to that RTO.
This alert can also be used for incoming messages that the student is sending to trainers and student support staff re: Assessments, attendance , request for special leave from campus.
We are a CRICOS registered RTO and the integrity of the student data has a nock on effect against requirements of Department of of Housing.
