LE/ES Surveys - Quality Indicator Reporting
AnsweredPlease bring back the ability to produce the Quality Indicator summary report called "Registering Body Report".
The format of this report is the same as that produced through the SMART System.
It saves so much time in calculating response rates and gives a great statistical summary.
In the aXcelerate release/update of 5 June 2019, this feature was removed.

Hi Cassandra,
You can contact the support team and ask them to switch off the new results page and instead enable Legacy LE/ES Reporting.
The change was made because ASQA no longer requires a complex text file export for this data. Instead, they have a summary document called the Quality Indicator annual summary report, that is required to be filled out by providers. This document is available from the ASQA website and asks a series of questions regarding feedback rates and improvement actions.
To better provide response rate data, aXcelerate will now record when a survey link has been issued (emailed) to a contact for each calendar year.

Thank you Belinda,
I did contact the aXcelerate team and they very kindly switched on the Legacy LE/ES reporting - thank you!
I understand the changes with ASQA and am not looking to access the complex data structure file but simply the Registering Body Report.
This report provided us with response rate calculations which we need to transpose to the new Quality Indicator Annual Summary Report, a calculation that we we would need to do manually now without the Registering Body Report available to use.

The report also gave us an average calculation across the contexts surveys, which we use to monitor our progress each year. This also gives us an indication where to dig deeper in terms of identifying areas for continuous improvement.

Without the Registering Body Report available to us, my understanding is that we we would need to look at each survey individually in order to calculate this type of information? OR is there another way to source this from aXcelerate?
Warm regards,
Cassandra

I completely agree with Cassandra, but i have only just come across this now, and was able to still produce a report last year.
The current graphs for each question, do not allow any compiling or exporting of data, to calculate any averages, for the ability to easliy compare with previous years.
Bring back the previous format please!!!
