Alternative Email Address Field

Is is possible to move the 'alternative email address field' into the contact details section? Where it currently sits at the bottom of the VET related details is not logical from a data entry perspective.

  According to the aXcelerate help guide, there's no axcelerate use for the alternative email address field:

  "This field, set against individual Contacts, serves as a secondary/alternative email address which may be used by NCVER to contact a student after the completion of their training (for example, for the Student Outcomes Survey). This field is used solely for AVETMISS reporting, and as such cannot be used directly for sending emails from aXcelerate."

  Until the alternative email address can be used for other purposes I would suggest keeping it in the VET related details and out of the way.

  Yes I realize that. It would be good to build a functionality to be able to use it.

  Our administrators are just finding it frustrating when completing the data entry as we try to build our enrolment form to match aXcelerate so the data entry flows but it makes more sense to keep the contact details together.

  Hi all, Calvin is correct in noting that the field was added to the VET details area to reflect its usage as a simple AVETMISS reporting field. We are aware that having multiple email addresses that are usable throughout the system is a highly-voted feature request, however, this is a much larger job that requires careful planning and will take longer to implement, so we did not want to delay the implementation of the alternative email field required for 2018 data collection.

  I agree. Both emails should be together as it's easier for processing.
