Mandatory Fields & Acknowledgement Checkboxes in Agreements

It would be extremely valuable if Agreements in aXcelerate could support mandatory fields for recipients to complete before submission/signing.
For example, mandatory acknowledgement tick boxes or required form fields would help organisations ensure participants have actively confirmed important information such as policies, terms, conditions, or compliance requirements.
At present, we are continuing to use external platforms such as AdobeSign for this functionality, but would love the ability to manage the entire process directly within aXcelerate.
This enhancement would greatly improve compliance, streamline workflows, and reduce the need for third-party integrations.

Hey Shenay,
We’ve added this as a new feature! Agreement Recipient fields now have the option of a required status that prevents signing until the field is completed.
This update is included in our release on the 22nd of July and is listed in our release notes. Feel free to let us know what you think.
