The equipment list itemises equipment that can be booked using the booking icon. Equipment can also be booked via the aXcelerate timetabling feature or the aXcelerate calendar.
Resources
Create an equipment item
- Enter Equipment name
- Select whether the resource is an asset or is renewable.
- Enter the hire rate if applicable
- Select Submit
Update an equipment item
- Find equipment in the equipment table
- Click the update icon next to the equipment time you wish to update
- Make required changes
- Click Submit
Delete an equipment item
- Select the Delete icon next to the equipment item you wish to remove from the system
- Click Ok to confirm that you wish to delete the selected equipment
Note: If the equipment item is currently being used in the system you won't be able to delete it.
Warning: Once an equipment item has been deleted it cannot be retrieved or recovered.
Book an equipment item
- Find equipment item in the equipment table
- Click the book icon next to the equipment item you wish to update
- Enter Reason
- Enter Date and Times
- Select whether you want to add it to the calendar
- Click Submit
