Emailing templates to Multiple classes at once

We often want to send template emails to a number of different classes at once and it is very frustrating having to open up each class and sending a template from there.

  I agree, it is not time effective for the team at all. Other platforms I have used had an additional isolated section for bulk updates, such as emails and sms's, outcome and enrolment status's, start and end dates etc. Allowing you to filter down to particular results e.g. qualification, trainers, enrolment status's etc.

  Agreed! Just today we wanted to send a template to our entire college with some staff updates and it just seems unnecessarily difficult to make this happen.

  Hi Jennifer,

  I am not sure how many classes/students you need to target at once, but you might want to look at having a one-off workflow that will send a certain template to all contacts on a Class Enrolment report - you can filter which classes and enrolment statuses you want to send it to.

  Agreed. What about the possibility of introducing a 'Qualification Matrix View' that shows all of the timetables linked underneath it? Similarly to how a timetable matrix view shows all of the students enrolled in it, the qualification one would be used to show data & use actions to multiple groups under a qualification!
