Unlock Modules - Not associated with AVETMISS data

Hi guys!

It would be great if I could give Trainers the ability to unlock assessment tasks and Learning Plan modules, without allowing them to also update other enrolment data for the student.

I work with Trainers in a third-party arrangement, so I would like them to be able to control when assessments and modules are accessible for their students, but not be able to edit any other data.
