Add active/inactive list displays to Workflows area

Hey Team

It'd be great if this "active/inactive" function could be added to the Workflows area of the system:

Currently, the workflows list displays all workflows, regardless if they are in a 'paused' state.  It would be great if the default display only shows 'active' workflows, and paused workflows are displayed separately in a 'paused' or 'inactive' list.
