    Hi Melanie

That's correct - your link that you include would replace the current Help Guides. However, we don't have any issues with you reusing our help content in your own documentation.

The link that you insert into the system settings are not loaded into our help guides at all. Generally we see users linking to a public page such as:

    • Google document
    • Notion page
    • Dedicated support page on your website, or
    • PDF download from your resources library

    Hopefully this helps.

    Hi Melanie and Ashley

We have an existing option that allows you to direct to custom help documentation for your account. It's found within the Learner Portal settings of your system settings.

    Will that help your situations?

Thanks Mark. If this was enabled our custom help guides link would appear in the list below? Would ours replace the current Help Guide or would both be available to learners. Also, can the link direct students to F&Q's on our website or are the custom help guides loaded into aXcelerate?
