Issuing Participant Certificates to Organisation Key Contacts

It would be so helpful if aXc allowed users to issue participant Statement of Attainments to Organisation Key Contacts.

Our participants declare on their enrolment form whether they permit our RTO to issue certificates to their organisation which organised the training on their behalf. If they say no, we cannot send the certificate to their organisation when requested.

aXc could implement a system setting checkbox that organisations can switch on/off which allows aXc users to send SOA's.

  As part of the upcoming release on the 22nd of January, we have added the ability to send certificates to a specified contact in bulk.

  Great idea! We have a similar system as well and have also included a custom field on our online enrolments to that effect. If this was an automated feature then it would really help us streamlining sending out SOAs to the key contact or the client contact listed on corporate bookings. If it's possible to add a note in the contact record as well that the SOAs have been sent to the client contact, that would help us track when SOAs have in fact been sent to the employer.

  This is great - We need to send SOA/Qualifications to organisation contacts also.
  
  We also have student reports that are run as a template, that for an under 18 student also need to be sent through to a school organisation contact. An option to send to an organisation key contact would be really helpful.

  We also need to email templates through to parents at times, so a relationship manager that allows us to toggle organisation key contact / primary student guardian / student only would be helpful.

  Hi aXcelerate Team,
  
  I'm giving this post a nudge to see if this idea has been discussed internally and it's potential to be implemented.

  14 people have liked it, and 8 following it, it seems there is decent support for it.

  Compliance is a non-issue as we have a system in place.

  It would be a huge time saver for our RTO and no doubt others as well..
