Issuing Participant Certificates to Organisation Key Contacts - Part 2

Hi aXcelerate Team,

Firstly, I wanted to say thank you for implementing this feature.

However, I don't think it has been set up as intended or suggested. 

When an organisation requests a SOA/Certificate to be sent to them for one of their employees, we were hoping we could follow the below steps:

Step 1 - Click on the template icon next to the class/qualification link

Step 2 - Select Your Template

Step 3 - Select your Organisation Key Contact

Step 4 - Attach SOA/Certificate to Template & Send

 

Currently, the SOA/Certificate will only attach for the participant and not the organisation key contact.

  There also needs to be an option to allow automations for this where automatically issued certificates occurs. we should be able to CC in an employer to correspondence that is sent to a learner with their certificates/soa's attached at the time the certificayte is generated.,

  Yes we have found this happens when using this process too Matthew. The bulk of our students are attached to employers who pay for their course, so streamlining this step is vital for us. We are currently still having to download the certificate, go into the contact details of the person/ employer that booked them in, manually copy their email address, save this email into a gmail email template, attach the PDF certificate and send. SOOO many steps and so much room for error.
