Status of Trainer Evidence

How can I stop a trainers competency evidence expiring?

Do I have to upload the evidence again?  For instance a trainer TAE qualification is still valid but system defaults to one year and appears expired on their evidence log

  Hi Louise, 

  If you go to the Evidence Log for the relevant trainer, you should be able to click the pencil next to the relevant piece of evidence.

  In there is a renewal/expiry date for when it expires. This isn't a required field so therefore can be removed.

  I done all that but in the evidence log the status is still showing as expired
