    Hi Ruth

I've created a support request and we'll troubleshoot your issue via the ensuing support ticket.

    Thanks

I agree with Ruth, unnecessary and time consuming. The format change isn’t even universal-it doesn’t apply to all assessments and both old and new formats sometimes appear in the same unit!

    Hi George

I spoke with Ruth yesterday afternoon and was able to identify the issue she was experiencing.

The changes you're seeing were an oversight on our behalf, so we do apologise for that. The design team have been working on this task today and we'll be kicking that over to Dev on Monday to rectify this as quickly as possible.

We believe the changes will make the experience much better. I'll post back here once I have more to share.

    Thanks
    Mark

When you get the old and the new marking scheme in the same assessments that is a challenge and when you have to apply feedback if it is not correct you now have to click back to the marking tab so you can then click unsatisfactory. The old way you only had to save feedback and click once, this has now added an additional step in that process.

This new marking with 0 and 1 seems archaic. What happened to the satisfactory/unsatisfactory buttons? Also, when printing the assessments, new information is being printed on the student copy such as model answer/ marking criteria. This shouldn't really happen on the student record printing, as we can't print for a re-attempt in class and they'd see the answer.

Also agree that the change is not flowing through to our assessments. Some have the old button display and some have the new.

I agree, the 0 and 1 marking scale is archaic and has no relevance in VET. The previous satisfactory and unsatisfactory buttons were cleaner and easier to use/read.
