Hi aX team

It would be great if we could:

• see the qualification stream name or version in the drop down box when creating a learning plan
• set a learning plan to be locked (not just the elements), this way admins can control when to unlock it
• set a default learning plan from the qualification page so when the class is created it is there automatically

  Looks like we already include the stream name as you can see below. What are you referring to when you say 'version'?

  Hi Mark, 
  Crazy time at the moment, sorry for the delay in response. 

  For point 1.

  Ange meant displaying the "version". We had to amend (put the version in the stream) create the LP and then put it back. 

  Point 2.  

  Essentially we have just finished creating a Qual LP with 6 units / modules over a 12 month period. Attached to that is approx 30 workshop instances per "module" and we roughly have 10 persons per workshop. Total of approx 180 workshops per qual, typically 100-150 students per class (times this by 6 locations). 

  We do not enrol the student into each module until approx 10-20 days prior. 
  Everytime we enrol a student we need to go in and lock specific modules - we want the ability to set the module to default to lock on enrolment - ie. Module 1 is unlocked and Modules 2-6 are locked on enrolment. 
  Currently, we need to go in and manually lock. It is not specific to the completion of another module, it is unlocked based on delivery (ie, we may do module 4 next). 
  
  3. It may not be possible to always do this, but would be great to have the option. 
  Ie, some of our quals have 4 different workshop types - so we put the default LP in the workshop type. However other quals only have one learning plan connected and would be good to see any qual automatically defaulting.
