System User Permissions pop up information note

Hi aXcelerate team

It would be helpful for the permissions in system user roles to have an information pop up window to explain what the permissions include and if any other permissions are required.

e.g. Resource library includes the ability to view images. To add or update images, the xxx permission also needs to be selected.
