Data retention / clean up functionality should be considered

In aXcelerate RTOs capture and record a lot of personal information on students to meet reporting and evidence requirements.

With privacy legislation and the growing concern of people regarding their personal information, we feel there should be some bulk options in the system to manage the retention period of data and documents collected and stored within aXcelerate so that an RTO can perform their own clean-ups if/when required.

• This would be along the lines of being able to bulk delete uploaded portfolio items such as ID documents after a certain timeframe from upload.
• Being able to bulk clear old personal contact data from the system.

The security improvements aXcelerate has made and continues to make are brilliant, this additional functionality would help us make sure we are complying with data and document retention policies in a way that is time-efficient and effective.
