Draft scheduling of short courses

Would be nice to be able to schedule proposed upcoming short courses in aXcelerate as drafts, or similar, issue trainer contracts, and then once accepted by the trainer make the course 'live' ready to take enrolments into.

Currently we are scheduling on an Excel spreadsheet, issuing contracts and then scheduling into aXcelerate when the dates are accepted.

  I agree this would be helpful, we could also use it like the "In-house Quotation" feature. However to be able to see them listed in the Workshop list and the calendar would be great for scheduling purposes too ensure we are not over committing trainers or resources when quoting.
