Admin/Trainer User Logs
To ensure our staff are following the same processes, completing tasks in full and maintaining continuity in all areas - we would like to be able to run a user activity report that includes all changes by someone with an admin or trainer user role.
IE:
**USER A***
Raised invoice # - time and date stamp
Updated enrolment status - time and date stamp
added contact note- time and date stamp
Recorded payment- time and date stamp
update unit outcome- time and date stamp
added enrolment- time and date stamp
deleted contact note- time and date stamp
added contact/organisation - time and date stamp
sent template - time and date stamp
issued award - time and date stamp
created template - time and date stamp
etc etc.
I don't believe this is a function available at this time, although believe this would improve our internal training/processes and overall running of our organisation and will assist in ensuring that our team are following compliance requirements. (How else can we monitor that staff are doing the right things etc?)
This would also be an excellent tool to ensure our business processes have been communicated effectively & are being followed and carried out as required.
