Allow control of versions in Assessment

Hi Team, 
We have a lot of courses that use similar assessment questions etc.

We also recreate/have all assessments on paper and in aX (it is not always possible to use aX). To keep consistency, we aim to have the paper versions and the aX versions the same number (easy for our trainers).

We would like the option to choose what version we want an assessment in aX to be.

Ie. I am working on a new course today and the questions/settings are very similar to another course. My options are to either duplicate and keep the other assessment version (2.1) or redo the assessment from scratch to get V1.0. 
It would be great if I could just choose version V1.0 after duplicating.
