Assessors accessing assessments
Hi there,
Regarding assessors marking student assessment submissions, the system allows multiple assessors into an assessment at the same time. This only becomes evident once one of the assessors has finalised the marking.
Can the system please lock other staff with a user role "Trainer" or "Trainer/assessor" out of the assessment is another assessor is already marking?
This would be very helpful for our team.

On top of this, I would prefer only approved trainers/assessors (via the matrix) to be able to mark students.
Currently, anyone with access can mark a student. It would be good if the system setting could be updated for update specific (approved assessors only) and update all (for RTO admin roles, where troubleshooting, mistakes happen etc). -
There is a definite gap here to cover current workplace environments.
We are unable to allocate students to educators and still maintain efficient business practices nor serve our students well due to many working part time and flexible hours. It is better then to have a system where we can allocate a staff member to an assessment based on the educator's availability. Is it possible to build in a system where by a roster of on-duty educators can be established and linked to when assessments come in. For example could we have the ability to split the day into time/day zones depending on the time that educators work. Very keen to talk more about this idea to explain it more/better.
At the very least - could we have a process where if an educator picks up an assessment and opens it, that there is a message to others that they cannot access it.
