Group Workshops - 1 Reminder SMS/Email

Hi aXc Team,

Currently, we have a workflow that sends an SMS reminder to our trainers 1 day prior to their upcoming courses.

90% of our courses are 'Grouped Workshops', meaning they receive 5-9 SMS' all relating to the same training date/location.

It would be amazing if we could run a workflow that would only send 1 SMS and/or email to the trainer for a grouped workshop.

There was a similar post on the ideas forum a couple of years ago, however, more related to the trainer app.

  We would also find this useful as we use grouped workshops often as well and send reminders to trainers.

  We had to turn the reminder off, I was embarrassed our trainers were getting multiple SMS messages, not to mention the cost slowly keeps ticking for the multiple SMS

  Good point Matt. 

  We do not send reminders to our trainers, however, I could see this impacting students where we use group workshops for admin tasks.
