Viewing Attachments from the notes section after sending it in an email.
When sending an email to a student/s from axcelerate and attaching a file, you cannot go view the attachment in the contact notes. You can see there is a file attached however you cannot open to view what it is.
It would be worth implementing this function, especially when various staff and trainers utilise this core function when meeting with students.
We have had a desktop audit on our student management database functionality and it has been noted as a continuous improvement, until such a time the function has been updated.

We just identified this as an issue for us too. Would love to be able to view the attachments once an email is sent. As you said with so many different staffing using it they need to be able to review the documents. Otherwise lots of double handling to send it and then attach as a note for future reference
