Launch Learner Option when User Role is changed to Trainer

The possibility for admin, to have access to Launch Learner as Participant after their User Role has been updated from Learner to Trainer.

  To build on this, a "Launch as Trainer" option for Admin roles would be incredibly useful - it is difficult to fine tune permissions or create guides for trainers if we don't know what they are seeing.

  I agree with Sharon.

  I would love a 'Launch as Trainer', and also a 'Launch as Client'. It is so messy to have to set up duplicate test accounts and logins just to troubleshoot a single user's problem.
