Finding low performing assessment questions for competency based organisations

As a competency-based organisation, our students have to get 100% to pass within 3 attempts. This means all of our students end up getting 100% on all assessments. Meaning when I look in the overview for an assessment to see low or high-performing questions, I only see the first question for both. 

I think it would be a great added feature to be able to run a report to be able to see what questions in assessments get marked incorrect a lot so we are able to look back and improve wording or teaching. 

A report would be a good Function or even how it is now in overview but just adjust it to be able to work for competency-based organisations.

  100% this would be something we would find useful too.

  Having to look at every instance to compare is not efficient or practical when we run so many courses so a report to give us this information from across all instances of an assessment would be ideal!
