    Hi All,

We have currently added the ability to resend an Agreement however, we are not currently looking to add the ability to amend information. This is because it could lead to situations where someone has signed, the agreement is changed (the original signee is not aware of this), and it leads to the whole agreement being void.

In situations where new information needs to be added to an Agreement, we still suggest that a new agreement be generated.

That being said for the scenario where a part cant find the link or is unable to view an original email or similar hopefully the resending option will cover that off!

    Thanks,
    Jack

I agree with this suggestion as we have had issues using the Agreements when students or parents cannot find the original email with the link to sign their Training plan or their email was entered incorrectly. So a whole new agreement has to be sent. If there was a function to enable agreement editing & re-sending of emails with links to sign this would make us use the Agreement function.

By being able to resend agreements rather than creating new ones we could have a much cleaner system with less time required by our co-workers for completing a task they have already completed once. Even a simple 'resend' button would be a huge time saver!!

    Agreed with all these comments.

So far we've only dipped our toe into an agreement with a single signature (student), but looking to do the likes of a training plan - it would be frustrating for all involved if 3 out of 4 parties of an agreement has signed, and the last one is unable to so a whole new one is sent and everyone has to sign again.
