Templates for SMS Communications

It would be great if a CR could be implemented to allow templates to be created for SMS communications.

I'm happy to report this is currently undergoing development. All things going well, we should have something ready before the end of the year.

As there's already another thread for this topic, I'll close this one for now, but please feel free to continue discussing it in the other thread.
