Expected number of participants to be 0

Could you please make it possible to input "0" for expected number of students in an inhouse course? This is how we track if students need to be enrolled into courses.

  Would also be good if the number dropped back down if a student is canceled. 
  ie - the numbers grow as people book, but do not reduce as they are removed.
