Assessments to be reactivated when rebooking a cancelled student

If a student is cancelled from the course, all the assessments are cancelled. When the cancelled student is rebooked into the same course, all the assessments/progress/qualification are still cancelled. Could you please make it so that the assessments/progress/qualifications are reactivated when they are booked again into the same course?

  Yuki on fire! Absolutely love this suggestion.

  When we need to move a student from a cancelled status, we have to:

  1. Uncancel all the assessments

  2. Change the qualification from Withdrawn to NYS or CA, then select 'In Progress

  3. Move the participant from workshop to workshop

   

  If we could move a participant from a 'Cancelled' status in a workshop to a different workshop without doing the above 3 steps, it would save 3-4 minutes per participant.

  This would be so helpful if it was an option to restore cancelled assessments while reactivating them.

  Can we add an option or prompt to 'send invitation to student portal' if they have not created an account please?
