Number of participants enrolled filter / alert

we really need a filter for reports that will enable a report for workshops that have reached a specified number of enrolments. Example: when a public workshop reaches 10 participants, an email is sent to admin to alert them of this. This will enable better management of public workshop s especially those like First Aid when we might also run a CPR course and don't want to over-book.

  Hi Adrian, 
  
  Just wondering if you use group workshops or the "Workshops: Full" notification? 
  
  We use group workshops to manage our CPR/First Aid courses as they run simultaneously. ie, We will have both courses running under one trainer with a combined max of 12 students. 
  We also have the workshop full notification set up to alert us where a workshop becomes full and we may need to create another workshop. 
  
  Our major two issues with the above process -
  1. The workshop full notification is at the workshop level - would like this at the group level as well. (once the group is full),
  2. Other then the calendar view there is no way to see the total of the group workshop (ie some of our groups have 5 workshops and would be ideal if we could see the total of group workshop from within each linked workshop).
