Short Course Link generator
It would be good if short courses could have a link that we can copy and paste to send out to group training. The current way to set them up by adding the course and course numbers is very cumbersome.
Also, is there a way we can add a tag that will display the actual organisation name, date of course and time set for people to enrol? I've asked support, but there doesn't seem to be a solution, so all our links we are sending out is blank enrolment form.
It's easy for staff to make mistakes or leave a digit out.

Yes, yes, yes!! - this would be great for us too! I was speaking to a consultant who said he could develop a page with the links but if aXcelerate can create it similar that would be amazing.
Also with organisation if this could link to the course as we end up with varying organizational names within the same course even though they are all from the same organisation.
Michelle - we have created a custom field that we paste the link into. Makes it easier to re-send and also if there is an issue you can more easily identify. I also have a list of all the links that include the course type number so the only thing the admin team have to update is the course ID number.

Yes, I agree about the organisational name. It's time-consuming to update enrolments to match the correct organisation name version constantly. Great suggestion.
Our problem is the variations of courses and areas, so we are constantly juggling the links, and none of our staff wants to do them, so I'm stuck with having to create them.
Great idea about the custom field. I'll add one as well. :)
