Unit of Competency Evidence
When uploading Unit of Competency Evidence, it is impossible to distinguish which certificate you need to choose if you have issued 2 certificates on the same day. See below:

For the example above, we issued a CPR certificate and an EpiPen certificate to this trainer on the same day, however when we go to upload the evidence, we don't know which one to choose as they both show as the same.

Hi Matthew and Pip
Thank you for the feedback.
Can you please confirm whether this request would largely alleviate this issue?

Hi Mark,
Thanks for getting back to me.
Your 'Re-Evaluated' approach looks to be pretty close to alleviating the issue.
I've always thought that when a trainer completes a UOC in our system, it should automatically link/update to their Trainer Evidence.
However, there are some issues around this (for our company at least).
If a trainer was completing HLTAID009 CPR (1-year expiry) and it automatically updated in the Trainer Evidence Log, would this then change the other courses with 3-year expiries that contain the unit HLTAID009 CPR (HLTAID010, HLTAID011, HLTAID012) to expire in 12 months?
The above is really hard to explain, I'm not sure I've done a great job of it. -
To be clear, we wouldn't automatically grant the trainer competency.
However, when manually granting a new competency, the competent unit outcome (specifically, the certificate that was issued) would be automatically detected as outcome evidence and could be easily linked.
Known fields would be automatically populated from the portfolio item to the Unit of Competency evidence object.
If a unit is completed again for a trainer competency that is already held, the new certificate would be detected and automatically granted a Valid status.
I'm not sure if that provides any further clarity? I'm not entirely sure what you mean in your 1-year and 3-year expiry example, sorry.

I believe what you have mentioned above would be a great addition.
What I was trying to say was, HLTAID011 Provide First Aid includes the following units:
HLTAID011 (3-year expiry)
HLTAID010 (3-year expiry)
HLTAID009 (1-year expiry)
At the end of the 1-year expiry for HLTAID009, it would also show that HLTAID011 & HLTAID010 are expired however they still have 2 more years before they are expired. So if I was to complete HLTAID011 Provide First Aid, we'd have to upload the evidence twice, as you can see in my screenshot below, once for the HLTAID011 & HLTAID010 units as they have 3-year expiries and once for the HLTAID009 unit as it has a 1-year expiry. I'm not sure if this is common practice or not:
