Signatures field on documents - not agreements
We would like to be able to save a digital signature (autograph) against staff profiles so when we are sending out official template communication, our signature could be populated alongside our name and other personal information drawn from template fields.
The new agreements feature, whilst giving the ability to sign documents, does not suit our needs, in so far as sending out official letters with personalised signatures; like course progress warnings to students, etc.

Yes, we are looking to provide a more professional image by adding a signature block to the 'Send Email' menu Item.
The basic text-based signature is ancient and not appropriate in the modern world. It would need a website link and a logo included - perhaps drawn from System Settings.
