add class descriptor to print attendance sheet

Classes > attendance mode > Print Attendance Sheet

The attendance sheet has a lot of great information at the top (qual name and code, dates, trainer etc). However it would be helpful to have the aXc class descriptor appear on this page too as that's how we distinguish between our classes for filing purposes.

  Rachel you must have been able to read my mind! I was only looking to see if we could add the class descriptor to the attendance sheet yesterday. This would be very helpful for us as well :)

  Edit: Sorry I should specify that I was looking at adding the class descriptor to the workshop print attendance area.

  Thanks for your feedback.

  I'm trying to understand your original suggestion a little better Rachel.

  Can you let me know where you go to Print Attendance Sheet from the Attendance mode on a Class?

  I can only find that button on a Workshop/Short Course.

  A screenshot would be super useful (make sure to block out any student names).

  Hi Mark,

  When I'm on the Class Matrix page and have chosen attendance mode from the view dropdown it gives me the class list with the students attendance percentage where the unit result code used to be.

  I then click on any one of those attendance notes and it takes me to the attendance page. 

  

  

   

  I click submit on the print attendance sheet section and it takes me to a printout version which has the class information as well as the students attendance. It would be great to have the aXc class descriptor (in this example: 23T2NXSTB) included with the class information.
