Contact pop up message/tags in assessment marking view

It would be handy for our Assessors when marking student assessments to be alerted of any special needs/learning difficulties/etc for a student in an alert message or tag - whilst still in the assessment marking view. If that tag could appear near their name on the assessment that would be beneficial in supporting a student with additional needs. E.g. "ESL", "Dyslexia", etc.

Could this work similar to (or referencing) the Contact Message pop up from the Contacts view perhaps?

  Hi Mark

  Our trainers and assessors need to know whether students have certain learning needs. Has the above request been addressed yet as this is becoming a real issue.
