It would be an excellent function to allow us to send a standard template to a trainer, for short courses.

The trainer can accept or decline and it's recorded. The course then automatically allocates the trainer to the course. 

Not sure if that's already implemented.

  maybe this could be used in the new signed documents update coming later this week. I agree getting trainers to agree to stuff would be good. Like accepting a course date when it is scheduled.
