Short Course Note Types

It would be great if we could catergorise short course notes like we do for Contact Notes, this would make it easier for building a report identifying certain notes, for example we add a note type 'Digital Assessment Course' and we could then report on the amount of courses that had digital assessments provided in class to those that haven't.

At the moment we can only pull up all notes added to a short course but it's tedious going through them all to find the note I need to report on.

  Hi Jasmine,

  I would recommend looking at adding custom fields to the Workshop page? this would be reportable in your report and much easier than notes. Custom fields can also be pulled into templates if required.

  Hi Nicole

  We are looking for a way to link critical "Short Course Type" information at a central point that will then flow into each Short Course instance, without having to put this information into each event / instance raised. 

  e.g.  training course notification form needs to be submitted to a regulator within a set time frame such as 5 days prior to commencement of the course - information sits at the Short Course Type and is instantly populated for each course raised.
