Students ability to print assessment submissions

As administrators we are able to print copies of assessment submissions. It would be beneficial if students also had the opportunity to do this to keep a copy for their own records.

  This would save time as more and more students are requesting the option. At present I have a message inserted in the assessment advising them to save answers in a word doc if they wish to preserve their answers. But not all read this nor bother, then they ask for copies.

  This would be good but we would need to make sure that it was only available for unmarked submissions or was to only save the information they have input because otherwise, students would be able to save essentially a version of the assessor guide if it showed the correctly marked questions.

  We are also keen to have this functionality for students to be able to print their own assessments. Our workaround was that were going to send them the copy that we can print, however we have since noticed that it includes the model answer which we don't want to send them.

  We would like it if the students could print their own, alternatively if there is a way to just print the question, student response, and assessor feedback (omitting the model answer) that we could send them.

  Yes please! I have SO many students requesting this. As some of the above comments have mentioned, we've trialed printing from our end but of course that includes the model answers.

  This functionality would be beneficial to students who are using the online portal to take their assessments offline or keep a copy of their submissions.

  Agreed! we have students request this function to download their work.
