It would be very valuable to have a report that can be generated to determine when a student has submitted feedback via the Learner Portal.  At this stage the feedback can only be assigned to a certain user as a User Task.

  Hi Lynda

  The Workflow engine can be used to receive notifications of Learner Portal feedback.

  Pair the Action of "Send Email" with the Trigger Type of "User Task Created" and a Condition of the default assigned-User (as per the System Settings) or Unassigned, and you can receive said notification each time Learner Portal feedback is left by a student.

  Thanks Wes.  I currently receive the notification under User Tasks on my Dashboard which I check daily so happy to keep doing that for now.  It would just be good to have a report that anyone can run to get all feedback received over a certain period.
