While this improvement has help resolve issues of fees being changed incorrectly, it also means if a student withdraws with only a few competent units, we are having to manually unlock 10+ units.

As per the Business Rules/TAMS errors in WA, 5 outcome codes, specifically withdrawn/never started, require the course fee to be zero. Therefore we have to go in and change the previously reported fee.

Perhaps it could be a button at the top of the column (like the calculate button) to quickly unlock all course fees, keeping in mind any unticked line would remain unaltered once finalised.

  Yes, need the lock at the top to unlock all fees and the locks next to each individually for one off changes. Could I also recommend for WA RAPT reporting classes (where the reporting is set to 11) some hard coding on the fees be put in place? It's clear that 9, 100 etc need to be $0 so why should the RTO have to update it? It should be automatic.
