Our trainers are having issues when marking any assessments with a video upload especially as they are having to download the files to view and mark which can take some time being videos as our business delivers workplace based training and can be anywhere across NSW/VIC trying to download these to mark assessments remotely.

Instead of downloading every file it would be easier there was an embedded file viewer so trainers don't need to download everything just to mark an assessment.

We noticed that this was put forward in the ideas forum 2 years ago with a response at the time saying that it has been planned, we would love to know when we can expect this to be updated and also put a bit of a rush on it if possible.

  Hi Tom, As our trainers are regularly on site we have found that using their iPad and accessing the system through the browser they are able to view the video within the browser without having to download it fully. Hope this helps.
