Include "Is Blank" to more report filters

In trying to minimise missing data in our system, we want to create a few reports/charts to identify absences. 

As an example, sometimes when creating a workshop, a Delivery Location doesn't get selected, causing reporting issues.

It would be great if we could run a report on classes with a blank delivery location, but the only options are including/excluding.

  Thank you for this feedback Tom. This would be a nice feature to have and would expand the capabilities of the Report Builder.

  Are there specific reports or filters where this would have the greatest benefit? 

  Belinda - the Billable Learners report has an existing Filter called Learner or Course Date Unknown. This filter is designed to identify currently billable learners who have a blank Start or End date so that you can fix their enrolment before the end of your billing cycle.

  This would also be great for elearning End Access Date, as if it is missing you are billed for the same enrolment every year.

  That's amazing thanks Wes I didn't actually realise this. It would be great if we could pinpoint the field we require though, for example Access End Date only. Does the billing take into account the start date? If an elearning start date was blank but the end date was this year e.g. 01/06/2023, this enrolment would not be charged again in 2024 correct, as the access end date finishes in 2023?
