Trainer USER ROLE - remove ability to mark non-attending students as competent
All our trainers use the web portal to access workshops, mark students assessments etc. The issue arises if a student does not attend ( we only do short courses ), unless they are "cancelled" they will still appear in the marking section - this is potentially a risk, they could be marked as competent in error.
It would be great if either the Trainer User Role could allow the trainers to cancel a student from a workshop OR,
if the student was marked as Not Attending, their name in the marking lists is in someone highlighted to alert the trainer that this student should not be assessed

Our trainers use the aXc Trainer App and participants who are marked as not attending still show in the practical assessment tasks and are able to be marked as competent. I would love for anyone who is marked as a 'No Show' to be removed from the 'Observation' assessment types so they can't be marked.

agreed Matthew - we don't use the trainer app as I find it still a bit clunky but either way, some method of distinguishing a student that was not in attendance. The new student profile page under Workshop Participation Record shows attendance as eg 0/1 meaning not in attendance. This would probably do the job.
