    Hi All

Thank you for your feedback. This change will go live on Wednesday evening. You can read our full release notes here.

    We use both constantly.

It is good seeing the number of sessions attended but that probably could have been listed on the workshop page rather than the student page.

Perhaps the Attendance could be part of the workshop information that can be shown/extended if you want to see it, similar to how you have to extend the qualification to see the units and unit statuses.

The fact that if a workshop was current or future meant it was displayed was a key way of identifying the status of workshops easily from a student's contact page.

Having to expand it to see the basic information is frustrating.

Thanks Matt, we are also finding this release update very inconvenient accross our whole staff. We primarily deliver short courses and our bookings team heavily use the workshops drop down on a student's profile, and it is very inconvenient to be collapsed as a default now.

We agree the option to chose which section is collapsed by default would be great - or revert the change back to how it used to be.

Thank you all for your feedback. The change was made based on feedback we received about making attendance data more accessible. To accommodate this improvement, but maintain sustainable system performance on the Contact Profile, the workshop section was collapsed.

We're aware this change has disrupted important behaviour on this page and are currently working to rectify the issue. Our intended approach is to revert the workshop card to being open by default and instead adjust the way the attendance data is displayed. We will update this post when we have certainty around when the change will be implemented as well as include it in the release notes. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
