Assessor permissions - any assessor can mark any student work (to a point)
It would be great (essential) to be able to confine all assessment marking to the 'assigned assessor', and also to confine marking to assessors that hold the competency.
At this stage, it looks like any assessor can mark any assessment up to the point of 'finalisation'. This means that no matter what 'competency you hold/allocate' to an assessor in the system, any assessor can mark or see any student's work.
Once the assessment reaches 'finalise marking' - At this point the 'assigned assessor' is the only person who can finalise the assessment.
Have I understood this correctly (I feel like I am missing something)? Is there a way to ensure an assessor only has access to specific assessments to mark?

Hi Liz,
We have found this as well, really relying on our trainers to be vigilant and not mark another workshop.
Ie, even if they are approved, they have not actually "assessed" the student.Shouldn't be possible, and should default to the assigned trainer/assessor only - if you need to add/change to another assessor for them to access, that's easy enough in the bulk assessment screen.

Agree, aXcelerate has the ability to identify approved Trainers and this functionality should also be included for e-assessments as this is a compliance issue. Only approved assessors should be able to mark and finalise an e-assessment (not any user).
Could you please advise if there are any plans to develop this?
