Flagging Organisation Finance Issues
From the finance perspective the allocation of a finance flag against an organisation which can be selected to appear as a notification on the screen when the organisation is being allocated to a student profile would be of great benefit.
Rather than making an organisation inactive because of a specific payment issue, having a flag or pop up would give finance the opportunity to convey any specific requirements quickly and succinctly to all staff i.e. refer them to accounts, prepayment required etc.
The organisation summary notes can be helpful in this situation, however more often than not we need to convey specifics before we have got to the booking/invoice stage so that the organisation knows what our expectations are.

Hi Deb,
We have an option called "Organisation special requirements" under your System Settings > Additional Options which will show a field on the organisation page for typing in notes. These notes will then appear when a staff member is booking them into a Workshop or Enroling them into a Class.
