    Hi Stuart, thank you for your suggestion!

    The Learner Portal feedback feature is slightly limiting as it comes through Workflow as a generic User Task.

    What will be more powerful and relevant to use is our new Learner Help Requests feature, which allows real-time communication between students and Users.

    A Dashboard widget called "New and Open Help Requests" will provide Users with much better visibility on
