Templates Page - stop re-filter templates after template action execution

This request is about use of the Templates Page (List of templates).  If I use the search/filter function to locate templates, once I choose an action for a template (view, edit, duplicate, deactivate, or delete) don't go back to the default filter for templates. My search filter should still be in place and only go back to the default when I want it to.  This goes for when I edit a template and go "Back to Templates", I should be brought back to the template page I was on before I clicked to edit a template. If I was on page 3 and edit or perform some other function on a template, I should still be on page 3.  I waste a lot of time when working with templates because I have to refilter after every single action.  Happy to elaborate more if needed.

  Wish I could upvote this 100 times, this should be applied across the entire system, it is so annoying having to reapply filters or search text once you select something that can't be opened in a separate tab like Online Assessments or when you execute an action like duplicating, archiving or anything like that.
